Wedding
Surrounded by their nearest and dearest, Sarah and Erich celebrated oceanside at their family home and then made it official at the San Ysidro Ranch! During Covid, Sarah’s family home became an oasis for the couple. They planned and replanned and after a year finally were able to have the wedding of their dreams. The Welcome Party took place on the back beachside patio of the home with views of the Carpinteria coast. Toast Santa Barbara created an intimate space to celebrate along with all of the couples favorite things, including their pup inspired signs, oysters in the half shell and Crocs for all of their guests.
The following day Sarah and Erich celebrated with a small intimate ceremony at San Ysidro Ranch, followed by cocktails overlooking the property. The couple chose to have dinner on the upper patio of the Ranch. The ambiance was set with an abundance of candles and flowers for guests to cheer on the happy couple. Finally married, they cut the cake and took off to downtown Santa Barbara for a night of celebration.
Michelle was absolutely incredible to work with. After being postponed many times due to the pandemic and family emergencies, she photographed our third try at a wedding. Because the event was a long time coming, we were very nervous. Michelle and her team were patient and caring, but also took charge and directed us exactly when we needed help coming out of our shells. She was on top of everything and I never feared that she missed any moment. She and her team were also a joy to be around and quickly became part of our wedding family. They directed us to get "the perfect shot" at our venue and we were so grateful for her dedication to getting every detail correct. And on top of everything, I got stung by a bee during one of our photos right before going into the reception and she stepped into "mom mode" and took care of the bee sting and I was ready to go!!!
